Our next adventure together we wanted it rooted in our current home—Chicago. After being reached out by the incredibly lovely staff at the Center of Order and Experimentation—we knew that this would be the perfect place for our next pop-up. The idea was to pair local makers in different mediums and showcase their talent together. When COE suggested that Dara Schuman would be an excellent partner for us we agreed. Alana spearheaded the design of this bon bon collection focusing on replicating Dara Schuman’s most recent collection. Blending bold and bright colors with intense shapes and angles.

With these flavors we really wanted to focus on the concept of “what would we be filling thes cups with?” Both of us have a deep appeal to using tea within our flavors. It’s a simplistic way of bringing nuance and depth to pastry, while also proving to be challenging in chocolate production.
