Picking up from Cincinnati, we chose another location that embodies community and collection. Using our same menu from the Two Seven Two pop-up in Cincinnati with a few added croissant classics, we continued to share our pastries and bon bons with our midwestern community.

After creating and boxing all our pastries—this event was a beautiful way to physically interact with our newly found guests. We intend to continue more pop-up’s and events in Chicago to become more integrated with local community members.
